Meal prepping contributed a lot to my weight loss journey. This is one of my many easy and simple meal prep meals- Asian Style! All you need is: Frozen Basa fillets Green Beans Baby Bok Choy (or basically any veggies you want) Soft White Tofu Minced Garlic Rice/Brown Rice/Quinoa (optional) For Sauce: light soy sauce water artificial sweetener (or sugar) minced ginger cilantro green onion
