Jonathan Thompson: Your meals are approaching 2-3/1 fats to (protein plus carb). This is good for type II as well as alzheimer's, seizures.

Jonathan Thompson: very healthy. I eat the same foods every day including spinach / kale / tumeric - cleanse the liver. Eat chia, coconut oil, avocado, garlic, ginger, eggs 1-2/day, fish omega3. Drink lemon water with garlic all day long. If I were to eat some sugar I probably would spit it out. you need to supplement b vitamins. Slightly cooked liver is best with the onions. (fat and highest conc of b vitamins). Been carb cycling, fasting. Very small window of eating now. Tweeks really help. If you eat a lot of cruciferous vegs (broccoli, kale) eat seaweed and strawberries for IODINE.

Glyn Parker: Probably a dumb question but I am new to Keto. I have been told that sweet potato (or Kumara as us New Zealanders call it) is ok to include in the diet because of low GI and a large amount of fibre. Is this true and would pumpkin be ok too ?
