Thomas Gerardi: Intermittent fasting is much easier ( I find) if I eat my ONE MEAL about 3 hrs. before sleeping. That way the first 11 hrs. of fast is easy as it's being full/satiated or sleeping. I do my high intensity workouts within 2-4 hrs. of waking up then burn body fat until I eat 6 to 8 hrs. later. Went from 270 lb. to 210 lbs. in 6 mos. Meal is high in protein and fat and basically "PALEO" as no processed/canned food and NO BREAD unless it's special super low carb bread like "Oasis" bread.   Have been on this diet for over 6 years now and am 66 yrs. old and Telo tested out at 43 years old recently.
