Jon Kim: love it...a different type of tomato sauce with bright and fresh flavor profile as opposed to the deep and rich flavor of the "traditional" tomato sauce. This is often used for pizza as well.

Salvatore Guidone: It's going to taste very acidic. You need to first cook it in hot (not boiling) water and dump the water thereafter to reduce the acidity.
