Leg Workout - Fat Burning Lower Body Workout https://youtu.be/2a2EmCljyfw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0GeG... We are going to go through 4 exercises that is going to tighten not only your booty but your legs, calfs, core...Your entire lower body. Let's get it! In this video we are going to do; 1. Wall Sits 2. Sumo Squats 3. Alternating Lunges 4. Burpees (Yay!) Workout Instructions -3 Sets -20-30 Repetition depending on the exercise -30 Second holds -30 Second breaks between sets 2x a day, six days a week. Once in the morning and once at night. How to do the exercises: Wall Sit: These may be the worse, but it is worth it. Find a sturdy wall that will support your weight. Lower yourself to a comfortable position. The lower you go the more you will engage the booty. The higher your are the more you will engage the quads. Keeping your chest up high, breath comfortably and hold the position for the desired count. Sumo Squat: Great for your inner thighs, legs and BUTT. Stand with your legs double shoulder width apart and your feet pointed at about 45 degrees. Squat down slowly engaging the core and keeping the chest up high. Lower yourself until your legs are parallel to the ground then come up exhaling your breath Alternate Lunge: The further you put you step your foot out, the bigger your butt will grow. Start with your feet shoulder width apart. Take a huge step forward bending both legs until they both form a 90 degree angle. Step yourself back to the start position alternating sides. Burpee: Performing these are an accomplishment in itself. Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, lower yourself until your hands on the floor. Kick out your feet until you reached a push up position. Bring your feet back in and raise yourself to the start position. Ensure your core is engaged the whole time and don't sag your back in the plank position. You can not burn the fat off of your legs with this or any workout, that is a highly disproven theory of SPOT REDUCTION, the body works as a unit and will not just burn the rat in the area you are exercising, not saying it's not a good workout, but is very misleading, and I do know what I'm talking about
