You can freeze these! Place them in a single layer, not touching, on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them cool to room temperature before placing in the freezer. Let freeze for one hour or until solid. Then place them in a freezer bag or other container for up to 2 months. To serve, pop them in the toaster. PlantBasedfortheWholeFamily: hey Mary, I made these this morning. I doubled the recipe because I have 4 kids. It still was not enough. They wanted more!!! I used a combination of white whole wheat flour and white flour. I also added one cup of almond milk just because I had it. The kids are calling these cinnamon roll pancakes. The taste reminded me of French toast. Thank you for testing these and making them so doable. I am loving your channel. I want to try the soft buns next and the moxarella cheese.
