Mario Tomic: What I found is that most people operate better if you give them a flexible diet where they can track their calories and fit all the things they enjoy into the diet rather than maximum restriction with periods of letting go. When people let go it turns into a binge and cheat meals turn into cheat days and cheat weeks.
