Because I said so!!!: Tip: Dehydrate the skins and make tomato powder. I'll never use paste again! :D

Christina Kuhn: Also, thank you for posting the Tomato soup recipe. I want to make that next.

Christina Kuhn: I just wash my tomatoes, take all bad spots off of them, put the tomatoes cut up in my Nutribullet and it pulverizes the skin and all..it also pulverizes most of the seeds. A Vitamix also works really well. Then, I just use that to do all of my recipes. Today I am making Pizza sauce. I love your videos. They are so informative. Blessings!

Revolution Radio: featuring this on my show tonite since tomato canning is the gateway drug to canning

Revolution Radio: i ended up having to make a lift for mine as i was straining a bushel at a time so it would drop into my 40 quart pot

Onexpresso Cafe: My table and counters are like that also, and my kitchen (sewing/cutting table highter) so I like your idea though thanks.

Joanna Bushman: You are so clever , like your videos.

Mark Hall: Love your helpful videos, can you can cheese and broccoli  soup? Thanks

cjennmom: Does the Victorio machine do the same job as a juicer?  Are there other things it does that a juicer doesn't?  Or is the benefit that it's fully manual and doesn't require electricity to use?

Sarah Nuckols: I just wanted to say thank you so much for making these great videos. You and a few others have truly helped me to gain the confidence I needed to get into pressure canning. <3

mhrue: just so that you know if your tomato is too sweet add a little curry powder takes the sweet right out

DakotaRose56: This year I had a bumper crop of tomatoes but came down very ill when it came time to can. The quickest thing I could think of to do was run the tomatoes through my juicer. It worked great. I did put the peels through several times when I discovered a lot of juice in the container with the waste. Then I just canned the juice and will deal with later when I have time. You have great recipes and ideas. Love your videos!

Diane Edwards: I HAVE USE THIS TYPE STRAINER FOR YEARS OVER 40, THE HANDLE IS VERY EASY TO TURN, I STEAM MY TOMATOES 5 MINUTES AND WORKS GREAT AND SO EASY. ALSO MAKES GREAT APPLESAUSE! HAVE FUN GLAD THEY ARE STILL AROUND DIANE WHO NOW LIVES IN MEXICO. STILL CANNING AFTER 45 YEARS.

Theresa Mohney: I want to know can you water bath all that you made don't have a P cooker

Lesl1e1: You are a very hard working woman. I enjoy learning from you and from your mistakes. Lol it makes me want to give it a try because you always figure it out. Thanks

zoe ross: Thank you! You are awesome! I appreciate all your videos.

BexarPrepper: I added the seasonings to the tomato soup so it has to be pressure canned. But you can do sauce. Blessings!

BexarPrepper: Once your done with the victoria use a strainer and the juice will fall through and you'll be left with the sauce. No need to take the time to cook it down. Blessings!

grandma lynda: when you made the taco sauce did you just add the seasoning to the juice or the sauce. and did you water bath can it or pressure can it. have never done this and my pressure canner is waiting for a new weight and my tomatoes are cut up ready to have something done to them. thanks a million times in advance. lynda
