Didn't think about the anxiety part though because I can get it out of nowhere too. I will definitely try to eat more greens every day and have a green drink too now. 😊

Krissy Pelletier: I wish you went into a little more depth of foods rich in magnesium, but still an informative video. I juice my vegetables and am wondering if that lowers the magnesium content like it does fiber content?

animesoul167: What do you think about juicing fruits and vegetables? I've heard arguments against it, saying that you lose the fiber from simply eating the food like you would do naturally. But it's so much easier to juice it!
