TOMATO JUICE - CANNING (OAG 2014)

When making tomato juice you get a much richer flavor if you extract the pulp not just the liquid. That is what this video is about. The food mill brand name is: Foley Food Mill. It does a great job of removing the seeds and skins and pressing the remaining pulp out the bottom. This was the season of 2014. If you have questions, send me a PM. Thanks for watching!

Khamomil: Wow I'm impressed! I do can some foods and know the amount of work and time it takes, and you're doing a terrific job. I have a similar food mill. I love implements that are not electrical, the motor noise always disturbs me.
