In 10 Weeks (Cutting Diet Foods) http://www.SeanNal.com/articles/nutrition/cutting-diet-foods.php In this video I give a quick rundown of the various cutting diet foods I've been consuming in order to drop around 15 pounds of mostly body fat over the past 10 weeks. There's no such thing as a single "fat loss food" that is a must, so keep in mind that this is just my own individual list and the things that I personally like to consume as part of my cutting plan. So, these are the primary sources I'm currently basing my cutting diet around... Protein: Whey protein powder (chocolate Cellucor brand), eggs/egg whites, shrimp, extra lean ground turkey, non-fat Greek yogurt, salmon, cottage cheese. Carbohydrates: Mixed berries, oats, bagels, basmati rice, rice cakes, vegetables. My "cheat food" in this category is Lucky Charms cereal :) Fats: Natural peanut butter, fish oil, plus all of the other "tag along" fat that comes from my protein and carb sources. So as you can see, my cutting diet foods are nothing fancy. My cutting macros ended up at 165p/210c/45f, which is somewhat low but keep in mind that I was cutting down to around 160 pounds and not doing a very high amount of cardio. There are many other cutting diet foods that work well as part of a fat loss plan as well, such as lean red meat, other types of seafood, lean pork, all types of fruits/vegetables, quinoa, potatoes, pita, avocado, nuts and seeds just to name a small few. Your basic goal should just be to figure out what your macros are for your cutting phase, and then select a few of your favorite foods in each category (protein/carbs/fats) in order to meet your daily numbers. No cutting diet foods are a must, so choose the sources that you enjoy most and that will maximize the chances of sticking to your fat loss diet over the longer term.

Nader Nadernejad: Does anybody know why shrimp isn’t more popular in bodybuilding? It’s such a low-calorie protein source, it’s almost shocking. I eat the standard chicken, broccoli and salmon too. But I only discovered shrimp when I was eating it with family and tracked my macros. My guess is that not everyone likes shrimp and seafood, because most people bodybuilding don’t know anything about cholesterol so I doubt they avoid it for that reason.

Vince Aro: Is there any type of disadvantage if I were to create a cutting diet that doesn’t consist of vegetables and fruits but I still hit the macros?

Andiee Martinez: but was your strength still good, at the gym, was your protein high. Cause when your cutting, your strength should still be up, your weight shouldn't drop, and your protein should be high.

voltaspeeder17: Healthy fat source and peanut butter shouldn't be said in the same sentence together. Why would peanut butter be "healthy fat source"? Tons of inflammatory omega 6 fatty acids, not a lot of nutrition and tons of calories. Doesn't sound as healthy anymore, does it?

Krispy Art: Since beginning of January I've lost about 6 lbs with still about 1 week to go. So that's 2lbs a week. I still feel it's not as fast as I wish but maybe it's because I was only doing hiit instead of lifting weights till last monday. From now I will do weights 3x a week. I started doing everything, gym, eating clean at deficit with right macros, lots of water, and also intermittent fasting although I dont think I will keep doing intermittent for too long since I don't think there's much benefit in it for me besides maybe skipping breakfast but we'll see. But if anyone wondering if it's doable, hell yeah.

religion: ok real diet , stay away from meat or any kind of crawling moving creature. Stay away from dairy including yogurt, cheese. What to eat: vegetables , nuts, less fruits (one portion per day) . Of courseeee last but not least less or none sugar at all. In 1 week you will see the change of your body.
