Ed Floody: So, 2 yolks per stick butter? Unsalted butter or if you make a mistake and like it just don't add more salt. Use a lipped or rolled top pot to melt your butter so it pours easier. You could use a measuring cup and microwave it, measuring cups usually have a spout. Thanks for the video, best stick hollandaise video on youtube!
