TibetanDomo: Going on 5 days using a stand-up desk. I've never felt less uncomfortable with my posture. My overall general mood has greatly improved!
Stephane Gauthier: I've been using a stand up workstation for almost two years and I find I can't stand for very long as I get low back pain and need to sit (high stool) again. I feel my hamstrings are under strain when this happens so I don't think stretching them will help though. I'm focusing my energy on stretching my quads (played hockey all my life so I'm pretty sure they are overdominant) and strenghtening my glutes. Hopefully that will fix it because I might have to revert back to a sitting desk otherwise.
