hammieworldrox488: Neither of those recipes are healthy. 700+ calories per serving is extremely fattening. You're only supposed to average 380-450 calories per meal. Maybe it's considered "lower calorie" or "healthier" but not healthy in and of itself.

8equalsDsquiggle: They aren't necessarily healthy, but they still aren't AS bad as they were before. Which is the point. Because people are going to eat these dishes regardless, might as well be a tad healthier. It's obviously not an every day meal, and could easily be paired with salad or vegetables. So take it easy people.
