Ketosis is a state that has been proven to bring many advantages, but does not ofer a "metabolic advantage" over a carbohydrate based diet - meaning it doesn't make an individual burn more energy...of course energy balance still matters, but does ketosis offer other advantages that make it one of the most powerful tools for long term sustainable fat loss?
Jack Daniels: Do count macros/calories whilst deep into keto? Plus would you recommend counting whilst starting keto?
KetoKate: Do you eat any fruits at all, like any berries or anything? Right now, I'm not eating any fruit.

sum gt: It amazes me after 30 years of my life for the first time i dont have overwhelming food cravings, in fact i dont have food cravings at all!! I eat when im hungry, and dont feel tired or crave sweets after meals. It's never been easier to lose weight!

Michael Campion: I am eating 800-1500 kcals over maintenance and my weight is steady. Dropping fat like a hot knife through butter and gaining muscle. Awesome feeling being in ketosis.

Casey Peters: Hey Man I really have enjoyed your videos and basically you guys whole outlook on life! I was wondering if you recommend any reading material? There are so many books out there it's somewhat confusing. I was recently told by my Doc that my Blood Glucose was elevated and he recommended a Keto style diet (even though the American Diabetes Association still prescribed a diet we know doesn't help). I have been doing Keto for a bit, with good results, but just want to be as educated as possible. Thanks!
Paneristi: Totally endorse these comments from Tristan, I began using his coaching services in September 2015 and have easily dropped fat from 80kg to 73.8kg in that period, I have no hunger pangs, I am incredibly lean now and strong. I'm 58 years old. This really works but you must get proper coaching to set up your diet plan, and macros. We had quite a bit of tweaking in the fist 3 months after which it was plain sailing. Highly recommended.

frank fred: Hey mate, I've been watching your videos recently and find you to be a great guide on this journey and am after some help if you would be so kind, been on keto for a while, currently at 10% and on rebuilding muscle, fat about 200, protein at about 90 and carbs 25 at most, my issue is low sex drive or simply none existing, as a male this is quite daunting, I'm only in my mid 30s and am also taking supplements to try and increase blood flow to the area, please help.
