For more free easy recipes, cooking tips and tutorials go to www.RecipeLion.com Ingredients 12 eggs 4 cups crushed tomatoes 2 tablespoons olive oil 10 garlic cloves, coarsed chopped 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 2 teaspoons light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander seeds 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 pinch cinnamon salt and pepper, to taste Instructions 1.Take deep frying pan and add olive oil and garlic. Let it cook until you feel strong smell of garlic, it takes about minute or so. 2.Then add all the spices and mix well with oil. Let it cook for 10-30 seconds. 3.Add crushed tomatoes, sugar, salt and parsley. Bring to boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. 4.Then crack the eggs into sauce, pop the lid on and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. 5.Cook for 5 minutes if you like your egg yolks gooey or 7 minutes if you like egg yolks completely cooked. 6.Remove from the heat and sprinkle fresh parsley for garnish and serve hot with beautiful white bread for dipping.

radia me me: Sorry but this is all wrong! The basics are onion and fresh peeled tomato stewed together ending up as a thick gravy like consistency, then add cumin salt pepper for seasoning and eggs on top. Besides the basics you can add whatever you like (chickpeas sausage, kofte meatballs, roasted bellpeppers) but the basic needs to be right! And please dont put your seasoning in hot oil like that, it will become bitter and loose the delicate depth of flavours.

zoomanda BOOM: While in Morocco they called this BM....we also used fresh tomatoes or crushed canned ones. What you have there looks a bit like tomato juice....watery.

Elizabeth Shaw: I never cooked in Morocco with cinnamon though. I lived in the Northeast and we just didn't use it. But I know there are areas that you use cinnamon especially where they make Bestia.

Elizabeth Shaw: I am in the US and I lived in Morocco for quite a while. Like you said in your family video These foods have found all around the Middle East Morocco Greece been known as small plates and they were famous over there before they became famous here. I also eat with bread like a pro! :-)

Piña ASMR and more: My mom and grandma used to make it (well my whole family indeed 😂) but we added smaller minced garlic, peeled green roasted pepper not too small cubed and we let it cook till looked like a heavy gravy... And it really tasted delicious... Thanks for bringing back to me those beautiful memories
