leslie alcantara: been eating tilapia all my life, this is a nice new way to eat tilapia thanks.. btw try cooking it with an almost ripe papaya (still green but soft enough to chew) and add some chili (we call it sili labuyu here) and add some fresh coconut milk ( season it the way you like) then add the half fried tilapia (soft fried as long as its coocked) give it a good time on the fire to finish (12min) ... and your done.. i usually use a whole tilapia not cut just cleaned yes with the head still on... o heat the coconut milk first add seasoning then put in tilapia and after 4mins put in the cut papaya..then wait to finish lol

Vladimir Jelusic: I love this channel but I have to say You this (since I am from Mediterranean country - Montenegro). When You put the fish in the oven you should put something over it because heat will make that fish dry and you will lose all those fine juices. One suggestion take a little bit longer foil wrap and fold it over fish, after some time remove upper peace and let the fish form a thin crust. Trust me You will enjoy it, also we like to use a little bit of chili powder just to enhance flavors of the fish and remove fat content that will form on top of it.
