leslie alcantara: been eating tilapia all my life, this is a nice new way to eat tilapia thanks.. btw try cooking it with an almost ripe papaya (still green but soft enough to chew) and add some chili (we call it sili labuyu here) and add some fresh coconut milk ( season it the way you like) then add the half fried tilapia (soft fried as long as its coocked) give it a good time on the fire to finish (12min) ... and your done.. i usually use a whole tilapia not cut just cleaned yes with the head still on... o heat the coconut milk first add seasoning then put in tilapia and after 4mins put in the cut papaya..then wait to finish lol
