Using the Magnetic Memory Method (Advanced Memory Palaces) If you'd like to improve your ability to learn and memorize foreign language vocabulary by as much as 100%, 200%, even 300% ... using simple memory techniques that you can learn in a few short hours (or less), then this may be the most important video course you will ever view. Believe it or not, it doesn't matter if you have a good memory or not. The information in this course will teach you: •Why memory is like a bicycle everyone can ride (with some minor personal adjustments). •The real reason why no one should ever be squeamish about memorization or learning a language. •Why and how some of the most famous memory skills are applicable to language learning. •How to create a 26 "letter location" memory palace network based on the English alphabet. •Unique techniques that will have you literally "tuning in" on your dream foreign language. •How to separate foreign language words in the most effective manner for memorization. • A simple strategy for memorizing the male, neuter and feminine genders (depending on the language, this is a process that some people consider the ultimate nightmare of language learning.) •Two secret ways to use relaxation to aid the memorization process. These two methods alone are worth the price of this course because they will literally eliminate stress from your body as you work on learning and memorizing foreign language vocabulary. •And much, much more ... These techniques have been used by real language learners, most of whom previously considered themselves owners of a "bad memory" to make real strides in their foreign language learning efforts. Don't worry! None of these techniques are rocket science. Frankly, if you can memorize a short email address or the name of a movie, then you can use this system to memorize the vocabulary of any language. But there's really no time to lose. Every day that you are not using this simple vocabulary memorization system, you are literally stealing from yourself the joy of reading, speaking and knowing another language in depth as you easily expand the natural abilities of your mind. Luke Bayly: Hi Anthony, great video. I just wanted you to know I bought the course after hearing you talking to Jonathan Levi on the Becoming SuperHuman podcast. I can´t wait to dive right in!
Nina Z: I'm gonna try that! I'm from Greece! 🇬🇷
born68: I can communicate in every language in the world. Instead of paying this moron $150 hr to make funny pictures, I hire a homeless person when I travel to interpret. Problem solved
Rosa Castro: I love your voice and I am thrilled you did not use a robot voice
Gryffindor Unicorn: Dream language pfft i dust need to learn some words fo homework
Tullochgorum: This seems like a misuse of Memory Palaces. The point of journeys and stations is to recall *sequences* like the digits of Pi or the order of a pack of cards. Building a palace with thousands of stations is a lot of work, and I can't see the point for vocabulary, where there is no value to learning words in sequence. In his book he recommends learning from a dictionary in alphabetical order - a truly dreary way to learn vocab that no experienced teacher recommends. And at no point does he attempt to justify his methodology. I have quite a collection of books on language learning, and I would say that this is, by some way, the most misconceived. Better to rely on the proven approaches recommended by accomplished polyglots.
Wall Street: I found a $0.50 book by Joshua Foer on the flea market. In four weeks I could remember a deck of cards, remember 100 words in order and after 6 months I got an B+ in an advanced Spanish course. Well worth my time!
EuropaPhoenix: I wonder if this method works with "virtual" places like a city in a video game.
Angelo Quimoyog: Writing in English especially when it is your second language is frustrating. When I understand a concept, but unable to express It in my words. Is this because I lack of the vocabulary to say what I want?
Merga Afa: Thank you so much !!! great teaching method and you offered great advise
pjcoop: Bit of a shame you can't remember hot to spell the word 'Engine'.. otherwise it's good!
texiut: lalochezia: There lies Ceasar on my floor with a guy shouting at him: "Lay low Ceasar!"
Parasyte The MAXIM: I understand this method and it is an amazing method which is VERY reliable and ensures vocabulary sticks. HOWEVER, it's simply not good enough for amassing 100s or 1000s of words. Doing so would simply be too tedious.
toma uturashvili: And sorry for bad english
toma uturashvili: I tryed and it realy works thx man. But i couldnt make it for more than half uhre i was very tired, but it realy works i remembered words more than 3 times faster
sik geezer: How do i use the memory palace to also memorise the meaning of a word, such as when you used the word lethologica as an example, how would i know this meant the inabilty to remember a word
Jose Antonio Franco: I'm learning English I hope your video help me :)
a very que sucece.
osakaben10: it's just basic word association. by finding all of these locations and parts of the word. it could work but, it would just be easier to study and learn by wrote. imo
boobtuber06: a substantial method would be to just learn Latin...
this appears basically a derivative of association which has been used for everything.
