Michael and Carol Blackburn: Thanks, you confirmed that I am on the right track to figure out why my weight loss has stalled. I am a 65 y.o. female and I've gone from 154 to 137 in about 3 months but I can't stay at the 137 or continue to lose, I bounce back to 138 and I've done this for about 3 weeks now. So, I know my macros are on track, my calories are less than 1,000 per day when the apps tell me to eat about 1,200, and I exercise 3 or more times a week. I started looking at foods and decided to cut the cheese out for a couple of weeks. Assumed this was the right way to go and you've confirmed that for me. Thanks again. Great video. My goal is to get down to 123 lbs. and run again (I am alt. walk/jog 2 miles on a track at least 3x week now.)

Dr. Fung) in and of itself are not the ANSWER TO WEIGHT LOSS long term....I AM PRETTY CERTAIN THAT in context...OUR PRESENTER MEANT EATING TOO MUCH FOOD...CALORIES ARE A CONVENIENT "PORTION SIZE MEASUREMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF kETO....NOT TO BE IGNORED. Some people believe that not counting calories gives them licence to eat "unlimited" amounts of food. Too much food, in the " context" of short term "BINGE" on any food will of course cause IN SOME PEOPLE a short term gain in weight. Pick up a watermelon and step on the scale - yup up 5 pounds...short term..context!
