Lee B: I'm a chicken fanatic but I have increased my carbs recently as I'm lacking stamina since beginning serious circuit training however that said as an older person (63) and the struggle it took to lose 60lbs I find I'm reluctant to bulk too much in case I start undoing all the hard work.Being older my metabolism is slower naturally so once I went from a 43 inch waist too my current 32 the thought of adding even an inch is horrifying

hannahsvoxx: I used to do figure (a type of bodybuilding) competitions and this is pretty much on point. It seems boring to some people but it's convenient, it's healthy and it feeds your muscle when you're lifting heavy. People need to remember that food is fuel and it doesn't have to be delicious cuisine every meal! I eat 2/3 avocado, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 half cup berries and 1 handful spinach blended for breakfast every single morning. My lunches are 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites and 2/3 cup oatmeal. My snack is a protein shake and a serving of walnuts. Once a day I drink my vegetable servings blended with 1/2 a banana and 1/2 cup greek yogurt. My dinner is more carb rich and is the only thing that varies in my daily diet. Quantities can increase depending on how much I work out. That's how you get lean!

marnel christine: I love the convenience aspect. I rent a room, and don't use the kitchen for more than the fridge and microwave, and the same appliances in the break room at work. The brown rice with egg sounds great!❤
