Easy and healthy pancake recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup oat flour (grind 1/2 old fashioned oats in food processor) 1/2 spelt flour 1 tbsp stevia 2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt 1/2 liquid egg whites Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat pan to medium low heat, spray with oil. Then use 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure batter for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on each side. Serve with fruit and pure maple syrup.
