Ben Hageman: EP.2-beef, unless my math is wrong, I ended up with 120 grams of potatoes in each meal rather than 60. This salmon meal was perfect! Thanks for these videos, can’t wait to try more.

The Traveling Together Journal: I enjoyed the bloopers at the end. As a fellow content creator, I feel the pain of doing things over, and over, and over again. Many bad words have come out that people never see. I would say I wouldn't freeze that arugula. I think it would be helpful to put the calorie count per dish (average) I'm going to try meal prepping to help stay on a calorie restrictive diet. I'm going to keep checking out your videos.
