Hannah Dootson: AMAZING 💜 I literally started this workout two days ago, and already my waist is more defined. I'm doing it every 3 days, so I've only done the actual workout twice so far. But honestly, the results are amazing already. My love handles have completely disappeared, and my waist is more like an hourglass shape. So so happy with these results, even though it aches the day after it is definitely worth it. Would 100% recommend :)
