sage claycomb: How do you guys eat such big meals? I've tried it but can't do it. I will eat half and then save the rest for later.

Maddie: Sorry if this has already been asked, but if I wanted to start intermittent fasting e.g. 8 hour eating window, does it matter if that eating window changes? E.g. starting early one day and finishing early, or later another day because my schedule changes a lot during the week with uni classes/work shifts so there isnt one time frame I would be able to be consistent with, if that makes sense? Thanks!

Sandy Goulding: thanks for the timing info - I struggle with that as I get home from work & yoga or tennis (not my own boss :-( around 7/8 pm, (morning walks) so I have felt like I may be sabotaging fat loss (I;m working on getting lean first, add more strength training, do some now. 1st meal around 12/1 pm then last one 7/8 pm bed around 11 am. Not ideal but I am getting some results and hope to optimize timing later and as my body adjust to eat earlier meal #1 at say 10 and meal #2 at 3 (can't eat too close to yoga at 6 or 7 - not good) then bed at 9 (hopefully) p.s. you have a beautiful smile Darren, even with braces before, please smile more :-D & Georgie does all the beautiful smiling

amir khan: Iso t okay to work out on an empty stomach while doing IF?

immer besser: DO you guys incorporate smoothies because you do IF and it's hard to eat that quantity of whole foods in a 6-8 hour window orrr? I've always heard smoothies aren't the best for you, because they're technically "processed" lol not being purist, I'm just curious!

Manuel Cayolla Vicente: Hey there Darren. Did I heard you right - you're bulking and only consuming 2000kcal a day? Isn't that an even lower kcal/day goal than when most men are cutting? I just had the idea that with your activity level and being a man you'd consume at least 2600kcal/day just to maintain. Keep up the great work, btw!

Jessica: Hi Guys - I was wondering what you think of lemon water, water with apple cider vinegar, or water with 1tbsp. of blackstrap molasses during the fasting portion of your day? I usually have one of the above first thing in the morning, but I'm interested in trying intermittent fasting. The molasses is probably out as it is sugary/has calories, but can you have lemon water or anything upon rising while piddling around before making it to the gym?
