Sonia Rivera: Thank you for including this video. I'm vegan and always try to be conscious of the foods that I need to have a proper nutrition. I'm not an athlete but I do keep active. I feel amazing, recently had blood work done and my results were within the normal range. Oh, and for a 47 year old I will say I look pretty darn good!
