mrfood1: Hey Quinn, I have a lot of difficulty in the 90/90 or side lying position. I am trying to correct a shift in my squat and I cannot get any significant movement when trying to shift the hips up/down or back/forth. I've gone through a lot of your videos but don't see any regression for this movement.
