Earth: I've been doing the Keto diet for a week and a half. Started it off with a two day water fast.
I feel f'n amaze-balls! Clear head, emotionally balanced, inflammation has almost disappeared, I've noticed the legibility of my handwriting has improved, I have energy throughout the entire day and I'm not craving carbs anymore!!! This diet is the bomb!

SEK4110 Susan: I feel great eating high fat low carb. It is almost 4pm and I have as much energy now as I did when I woke up this morning after a good nights sleep. I turn 57 (ugh) tomorrow but I must say I feel better than I did in my 30's. Oh and I am with you on the don't eat pork/bacon issue. Thank you for all hard work getting this info out!

Mircea Gancea: Monday to Friday I am on 60% fat, 15% carb(greens, avocado, almonds and 2 slices of wholemeal bread) and 25% protein , but on weekends I eat lot of fruits and dark chocolate, so basically I switch back and forth constantly and I feel fine.

Plus I do intermittent fasting (16/8) everyday.

Albert Monson: Your info is so right on and you've been doing this for so long you've just got a wealth of knowledge. I'd encourage you to improve your delivery by starting a podcast or at the bare minimum getting on others podcasts. youtube is a great vehicle for slices of information but for long and complicated topics you need a more engaging format. this will get you less unique impressions but, vastly improve many other areas. I might just put out there that a 45 minute podcast once a week with a core group of 2 students where you coach them and educate them seems a natural. Cheers! Also, 40 podcasts given to a ghost writer probably equals a book. Then you get conferences and speaking and up ya go. bonus: you can do it form a remote location.

Erin May: i started it about 3 days ago and i have used the keto strips but i think i am going to use them till i find the correct number to have my system provide ketos. with just 30 g of carbs the test the next day showed rather high with ketos.

Anna Lagerstrom: The only thing i have not really been experiencing is forgetting to eat. I don't really get hungry anymore but i just love food too much to forget about it haha. This is exactly why i love the ketogenic diet. I don't have to care about my calories, just my ratio's and still lose weight and feel absolutely amazing! My focus has been phenomenal as well.

RONALD C. FELICE: IM 42 been lifting for 28 years now. Ive dabbled in low carb before and intermittent fasting but never have never gone full KETO. What was your experience going into ketosis and lifting weights simultaneously? SHOULD I just do some low intensity cardio during the adaptation phase or fight through it while weight training?
