Daniel Charette: thanks u just saved me a couple hundred dollars . I was fixing to buy a meter but after listening to what u said , you made a light come on and stopped me. Stephanie Person here on you tube got me going nuts like you said. She tells people to reduce stress by not keeping tract of how much fat you are eating by using My Fitness Pal, but then turns around and harps big time and pushing people to get a meter and she actually said we need to be testing up to 10 times a day. lol wow.

MrRwb1965: Awesome video, he is right, and worrying about numbers can have an adverse effect. To me, this is a process. I am learning and implementing. I am also finding out that the less hungry I am, the easier it gets. I'm 52, and it took many years for me to get this unhealthy, a few months of patience is worth it. Dr. Eric Berg, and Dr. Axe are great here on YouTube

Earth: I've been doing the Keto diet for a week and a half. Started it off with a two day water fast.
I feel f'n amaze-balls! Clear head, emotionally balanced, inflammation has almost disappeared, I've noticed the legibility of my handwriting has improved, I have energy throughout the entire day and I'm not craving carbs anymore!!! This diet is the bomb!
