Aisha Ch: Great video! Just wanted to say this is spot on. I am fairly certain I'm ketoadapted and I just wanted to tell the others that it's amazing. I work out very hard and feel like I could just keep going. I just don't get fatigued during my working out, and feel like I could just keep going on and on. I've never been able to run but now am able to incorporate this and doing HIIT while intermittent fasting. The weight is just falling off, I feel wonderful about life, I'm destressed :) and very positive and focused about life and on target about everything. I fall asleep fast at night and sleep through the night now. I wish I had discovered this years before... wishing all the best.
RONALD C. FELICE: IM 42 been lifting for 28 years now. Ive dabbled in low carb before and intermittent fasting but never have never gone full KETO. What was your experience going into ketosis and lifting weights simultaneously? SHOULD I just do some low intensity cardio during the adaptation phase or fight through it while weight training?

Aaron Courtland: Thanks Tristan , this was a timely and helpful chat. I've not measured the level of my KETO adaptation. I made the choice to embark on this journey for the mental and physical benefits I've been observing with others over the past couple of years. After 7 days of eating KETO, I'm feeling good, have a better amount of mental clarity, less hungry or 'munchy' and I'm enjoying the process of taking a more conscious control over my diet and vitality. I'm also seeing a physical improvement in the mirror after only 7 days with no significant changes to my naturally physically active lifestyle. With this new and fresh energy I'm looking forward to continuing on this journey and appreciate your sharing as inspiration and motivation!
