Youtube By Ian: For pre bottled smoothies, most of them say that all sugars come from the fruit. There is no added sugar in them. Most fresh fruits have lots of sugar too. A banana has 14 grams of sugar. Eat 2 of those and you are over your daily limit.

Sariah Haynes: For the naked fruit juice, its almost 50 grams of sugar but its the healthy sugar. The sugar thats naturally already on the fruits? Did we forget that exists? Naked juice clearly says in the front "No added sugar". People need to do their research.

Ryan Hope: Okay this is lowkey an unhealthy message. Protein bars are specifically made for work-outs, or to replenish what has been lost. You should never eat a protein bar /as a snack/. Carbs, even in high amounts can actually be super beneficial as long as the energy content is being used during exercise! That's why bulky people often eat a bunch of noodles and carb loads before a big workout or game. (that and protein). You say the word "calorie" as if we aren't supposed to ingest them. We need them to live, and if 500 calories scares you, you may have a problem lmao.
