I've been told to walk straight, correct my posture all my life. My manly kind of walk is always ridiculed. But when I am in middle of a class lecture, I remember this and try to sit up straight but students behind me tell me that I should bend down a little for them to see:'( always. My teacher indirectly scolded me to correct my posture when I was writing! Now whom should I listen to?!:p

Firdaus Yahaya: Have a long inhale and hold your breath for 3-5 sec, then exhale slowly (while keeping stomach in the same position as you're inhale)

JsBaldo: I have the beginnings of scoliosis and it is EXTREMELY difficult to stand up straight without pain - HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS!
Merely trying to stand up straight won't work, I just can't do it.
I exercise regularly but I do not stretch , but back to the question HOW can I EFFICIENTLY FIX THIS NATURALLY!
