NoriMori: So lying on my side is the best way to sleep? All this time I thought I was doing The Wrong Thing by not sleeping on my back! I'll try putting a pillow between my knees tonight, too!

NoriMori: I'd love to have an ergonomic setup. My chair is the right height, but the table is too high. If the chair were adjustable, I'd raise it and put something under my feet. I'll just have to wait until I get my own place with a good desk and chair… I do try to have good posture anyway, though. And I found a set of "yoga poses for desk dwellers" on MyFitnessPal. I don't notice bad posture as often when I'm on my phone, like right now. Thanks for reminding me to straighten up!
