LolaandElsasMom: So if I was one of those who jumped in and went low-ish calorie on keto , lost in the first week then stalled and because of this made my metabolism worse is it best to just keep going and it will work itself out or go back to the start and not concern myself with calories? I'm 2 months in and still not sure I have adapted. I know I am producing ketones but not sure I am using them as have only had brief glimpses into feeling like I expect to feel.

David Shorkey: Thanks for the Keto commentary. I've been trying to go Keto for a couple days now and was wondering when it will kick in. I've got the Keto breath but no results on the blood glucose readings yet. My diet is about 65% fat, 7% carb, and 28% protein. I've done all the calculations and take a couple table spoons of coconut oil several times per day to boost the fat without affecting carbs or protein. Wow! My calories are high but I couldn't care less because I so darned skinny.

From what you said, when you become keto-adapted, you are able to lift high weights. I am in a keto-like-cold at the moment (first few days), and am very tired. I missed training today because of this. When should I start training with high weights again/or can I?
