John Handbury: cooking in bulk and freezing is awesome there is no excuse to eat crap food once you learn how to cook in bulk you will find it is easier then trying to cook every day and you will eat so much healthier. I love the fact that she is trying to help people and people are not giving her any props but bitching about cage free eggs. honey I think you did a great job I know for me it is not easy to talk to a camera or a crowed so I give you props.
surbhi singh pundir: That's really helpful. thank you +Joanna Soh Official. I was under impression that frozen food is not good and they don't have same nutrients as fresh food. So i always end up spending more money on fresh veggies and didn't knew what to do. Will definitely switching back to frozen now.
Bri San: I never was a basic gal... thanks though.
Medea Kuroi: I only buy caged eggs because I really hate animals.
Charlie Fiction: one day i hope to find a beauty like this as my wife. Waking up every day to her and if she can cook xD omg thats so perfect for me. Way to a mans heart is his stomach lol
Health: Yes, organic food is a lot more expensive and not affordable for everyone.
Christene Girón Fit: I love this! Thank you!
Imani Bligen: All I hear in the comments is "privelege"! I am a supporter of cruelty free products and natural ingredients but we have to be realistic about how the world works. The poorer you are ( at least in the states) the higher risk you have for being unhealthy and attracting diseases. There are literally people who have no access to fresh foods known as "food deserts" and live off of canned and processed food because of their socio-economic status. If they cant afford any fresh foods the last thing they are thinking about is whether the eggs are cage free; granted that is if eggs are offered in that area. I rally for animal cruelty but also humans who are not able to get basic needs to live because of money. (This is not to say that the woman in this video can or cannot afford cage free eggs. Some people have no control over which foods they can afford) Be understanding!
Thomas O'Connor: I have been living on a food budget for awhile but I still buy cage free eggs. Since I quit smoking a year ago I figure I can spare a few dollars to get eggs from happy healthy chickens.
kevin joseph: CHEAPEST WAY---25 AND 50 POUND BAGS OF BEANS AND CEREALS. And make sprouts.
kevin joseph: frozen vegetables???
RavenOfCen: Okay, so after reading the comments in this video, and especially after all the egg comments, all I have to say is don't blame poor people for the shitty practices of the food industry. If you can't afford something, you cant buy it. If you are well off enough to buy humane products, do it, but don't yell at people who have limited options. These issues are complex systemic problems. People who can't afford free range eggs are not your enemy, hold companies and politicians responsible for how they treat consumers and their products.
Also, don't cook different kinds of rice in one pot, they cook for different lengths of time, so you'll just over/under cook half the pot.
Nina Kamarul: Can I have condensed milk with cereal or oat??? Is it healthy??? Thank you^^
Daniel Chachanashvili: trader joe's has multi grain english muffins, which is basically bread, its like $1.50, i use it for sandwiches and its so cheap and tastes great.
Kaylea Bouttell: I buy tinned veg and Tura is this suitable or not. Can you do some on the go snacks as I work out on the road a lot of the time xx love your videos xxx
Imantas Labzentis: Shut up.
Karin Hjertstedt: But the chickens though. Seriously. I would rather get my protein elsewhere if that's the case. Beans! I hit like at first but quickly unliked it when I heard this. Can't believe it. Just eat tofu or milk... if that's so cheap. Don't support animal cruelty.
sharon anderson: are youi aware tht monsanto is making inroads into england? harder to eat healthy. rape seed and the vegatable rape is now gmo'd. organic and non gmo is becoming more expensive as more demand is in place but it is needed to take down monsanto.
Madison Lockyer: This is a really good video
albino hedgehog: Free range eggs are not that much more, and they are still a cheap protein. Theres no need to buy caged eggs.
