Tracy Alt: This sounds delicious.  I'm definitely going to be giving this a try…probably with some fresh tomatoes and basil.  I'm wondering what you think about freezing the leftover sauce?  I was thinking of trying to freeze it in ice cube trays.  That way I could reheat a few cubes and have just enough for the next time I want it.  Do you think this would freeze well?
