helenevienna: terrible advice. Some people have adrenal fatigue to do a defect in their adrenals. They need more cortisol in order to HANDLE the stress, so taking things that lower the cortisol will only make them feel sicker, more nauseaus and wired. Are you even a doctor?

Simona Bost: I was under the understanding that ppl w/adrenal fatigue have LOW cortisol in the a.m. and HIGH in the p.m. That's y we need COFFEE in the am and CAN'T SLEEP at night. Shouldn't we take the cocktail at night? Please clarify.
