Android_Z: Cortisol increases in a stressed state. One of the best things you can do to modulate cortisol levels is to reduce your PERCEIVED stress. Many times our stress is just our perception of stress. 2 different people can have completely different levels of perceived stress from a given stimulus. You may not be able to control certain things, but you can control your perception of incoming stimuli.
And lay off OJ it's full of sugar and just exacerbates insulin resistance.
People living a life with no purpose are stressed.

helenevienna: terrible advice. Some people have adrenal fatigue to do a defect in their adrenals. They need more cortisol in order to HANDLE the stress, so taking things that lower the cortisol will only make them feel sicker, more nauseaus and wired. Are you even a doctor?
