Seven: My mother constantly says "I hope you grow out of this." Because I can barely order fast food, pay for stuff myself, etc. The only place I can pay at without much of an issue is the store Hot Topic because the workers there are insanely nice, and they're beginning to recognize my name and face so it becomes less and less awkward every time. My mom tries to understand but she just really can't and it sucks because I can't go to a therapist.

-nervous walking through my school gym
- scared everyone's staring at me
-try to sit down normally without being awkward
-stay on my phone acting like i don't care about anybody else
-try not to sit awkward while on phone
-bell rings and gets up "normally"
-nervous walking around people
-if i wipe my hair away from my face i'm embarrassed
-i get to class and sit down
-group project are awkward as heck
-choosing partners, that's not my choice
-every class is the same
-i sit next to people 'i know' at lunch
-try to sit straight and not hunched like usual
-i fail when it comes to participation grades or presenting a project, socratic seminars, etc
-scared around guys or guys that are even cute!
-i procrastinate on everything
-half the day i'm on my computer or phone playing with other online people
-i go to church and believe in christian but i need help from the lord
-going on the bus is my only relief, i get to sit with my only friend😄 though i feel like a second choice
-next day is gym
- i'm afraid i'm being judged by what i'm wearing if it's tights or a small shirt
-day passes the same as the others, over and over
-summer came OMG best time ever
-it's almost back to school and i've been having breakdowns about going back
-it'll be the same

i'm 11 in middle school, starting 7th grade, do i get therapy, meds, stepping out of my comfort zone is NOT my thing, i've tried, if i did one day i'm excited but the next day is normal

kshka: I have to attend a VERY social event in one day and I regret signing up for it SO much. Apparently, I thought it was going to be a helpful lesson, but it turns out that the purpose of the event is to "socialize with others and make friends." I hate living. My social anxiety is so bad, my mouth gets dry, I start purposefully hurting myself, and I involuntarily begin to cry. It's come down to the point where my anxiety is taking over my life, preventing me from doing simple things. I can't wait until I just get this social event over with. I have no friends to go with either. I can't stop thinking about it... it's on my mind ALL THE TIME. I hate my anxiety. I wish I was one of those people who just didn't give a crap.
