jamie marin: I feel like im the youngest person who watches your videos consistently (I'm 17) but I just really really enjoy them.

SidneeLove: I love your videos and it was really cool to see all of this. Your Winnie is the cutest and happiest dog I've seen in a long time. I can tell that you both love each other so much and you take really good care of her. I really don't want to bring any negativity to you but this thought just kept coming to me as I was watching your video. Every time you would show Winnie, I just couldn't help but wonder how you can love her (and those bunnies in your yard) so much, but still eat other animals. Maybe you've never thought about it or maybe you never thought it was a big deal. But as someone with such an obviously big heart for animals, I thought you might want to know that other animals seriously suffer because we eat them. I'm not trying to make you feel guilty or push anything on you, and I know you're a good person. It just doesn't equate in my mind so I thought maybe you don't know what they do through. Anyway, I don't expect you to reply and I hope it's obvious that I'm not coming from a place of judgment.. just caring. Anyway, I look forward to your upcoming videos. Best wishes:)

spygal11: Tastes are learned behaviors. That's why you did not crave sweets by the end of the week.

When I went vegan, I had no issue with eliminating meat. I used to have a half cup of gelato (ice cream) every night. Now, since I've eliminated dairy, I don't even miss it. In fact, I kinda find it gross.

Just to let you know...
On a 100% plant based whole foods diet, there is no need for calorie counting. And very little need for workouts. It's the healthiest diet in the world.

The food tastes amazing and I feel amazing. There is NO WAY I would ever go back to an omnivorous diet. This vegan lifestyle just feels too awesome!!!

I have been thinking about starting to follow the bikini series myself but as a university student with a half-time job I find it a bit difficult to find the time to exercise since I do want to sleep in when I have the chance and just spend time with my friends and family. I hope to find the motivation and your mindset about not strictly following every step and making it suit your lifestyle is great, it helped me gain some motivation as well :) Greetings from Estonia and take care!
