s1rGr1nG0: Good morning Tristan! Excellent video...as always! I agree with you in that keto does seem to be sustainable long term. I've only been trying to adapt for just over a week now, maybe 10 days. I've heard mentioned in many places about the cravings and "keto flu" but I have not experienced any of that. I have not had any starchy or high carb food at all since I began. No bread, rice, potatoes, etc.... Based on what I've read I fully expected to feel like crap at some point. For me though I have felt great! I've lost about 7-10 lbs +/-. I've also been monitoring my ketones via the urine strips, (I know they aren't as accurate but it's a start), and they show I am producing "Moderate" ketones. So far I am very pleased with the results and I don't see any reason at all for me to not be able to stick with this. I am 5'10 and currently 250 so I do have quite a ways to go. Thanks for the informational, and INSPIRATIONAL, videos. Keep up the great work man!!

Dapne Darmell: Weight Loss Idealiss has double my weight loss in the last month alone. With diet and exercise I was losing weight at a rather slow pace, but when I added this pill my weight loss has more thrn doubled. 4lbs in one week with close to 14 pounds in one month!
MJ #PGandCHILL: How many calories can you take a day, if you were extremely overweight? Does it vary depending on how much you way or is there a specific estimate of what you should try to achieve? I'm new at this and I really want to get this right, any advice is helpful.

Do you think using intermittent fasting is a good way to enter into the ketogenic diet? ie. do you think it would be a good thing to start during Ramadhan? The fasts can be as long as 20hrs (no food or water) depending on what part of the world you live in and I was wondering if the act of fasting might ease some of the symptoms of the keto flu people experience? The Stormchaser: Without too much of your time, can you give a rating (1 to 10) on what I ate yesterday? :) I really wanna try keto and see how that ketosis-mode feels. I'm 178 cm, 80kg, about 11% bodyfat. Workout every day at like 6am. Work with children in kindergarden, where we are always moving around even though it's not like high intensity.
50g cheese, 3 eggs, 50g bacon, 50g spinach, 150g avocado, 2 spoons of ev olive oil, 200g mackarel, 200g salmon, 50g grass fed butter, 75g broccoli, 20g almonds, 10g pumpkin seed, 4 spoons MCT Oil, 30g 100% peanut butter, 20g Whey-80.
For a total of 3510 calories. 27g carbs, 311g fat, 154g protein. Which gives a ratio of 3/79/18.
These are items I really like the taste of, so I just ate varied and tried hitting macros. Will I enter ketosis guaranteed if I continue like this with just small variations in vegetables and meat? I don't have anything to measure it with.

Monica Petrich: Yes! Watched many of your videos. This is it. I was at 300+ carbs a day.... with my shit diet. Now 25 carb 119 fat 89 protein this last week and all I have experienced is dehydration. So more water. Apparently my body really likes good fats and I am not craving. This is a first. Just hit moderate ketosis after one week. Soooooo happy. You're awesome. Love your family. Keep on keeping us inspired. <3
