Hula Girl: I talked over with my M.D. about keto. He told me he HATES the bmi cart. He told me to be the Weight that makes you feel happy healthy and beautiful. He told me don't deplete yourself of all your fat. You need some encase you get sick. It is a health balance. Our portions are huge. You want to be happy and enjoy life....and food. He told me eat natural food do your best to stay away from processed starchy sugary foods. He told me these are the bad guys that ruin your health. Good advise.

Kathrin S: hi christina, I watched your videos the last 3 days. I started keto diet - day 3 now. Can you reccomend anything to eat without net carbs, that I can eat when I reached my maximum number of carbs/day?

Chypre-Dreams: I can go like 20hrs without eating because of my depression and anxiety. It’s weird, because I do get hungry, I just don’t care about taking care of myself. (Has nothing to do with body image) Eating just makes me sleepier, and it’s too much trouble to fix something. Oftentimes, I’ll grab the first junk-food I see, just to get the hunger to go away.

Perfect Day: Thank you for sharing this! I've only just recently discovered your channel, so I've not seen all of your videos yet.
I want to offer that not only does the overly-restricted calorie intake wreck havoc on our bodies, minds, and spirit, but even when we over-consume calories, we can still be starving ourselves. I say this because even when we may binge on foods, we are probably not getting the nutrients we need because many people consume nutritionally deficient calories. I have long believed that consuming large amounts of nutritionally deficient foods, our bodies will trigger feelings of hunger because it's not getting the nutrients it needs.
You are so correct that our bodies are very intelligent! It is intricately created with the natural ability to heal and sustain itself.
I am grateful to have been able to find those things that have helped me regain my health and strength, after going through so much suffering with chronic illnesses. Keto is the most recent missing piece that I've found.
Most of us are nutritionally deficient and our bodies are trying to get our attention by drastic means, as in chronic and even life-threatening illnesses. As I have been able to find ways to give my body the nutrients it needs, I continue to get better. I've still got a ways to go but that's okay. And once I've gotten to where I need to be, it will remain a lifelong commitment to stay there.

michelle stratford: Christina. I keep binge watching your videos over and over and I keep missing the answer of how you're only eating 10g of carbs a day. I find with just cottage cheese for bfast and cream for tea for the day I'm already over 20g which means I can't eat a single carb for the rest of the day. Yet I see you managing with tomatoes, 70% chocolate (which makes me drool as the craving for chocolate is KILLING me!) and various vegetables. I would happily pay you for help as I have researched so much knowledge its leaking put my ears and I'm not getting anywhere! (I'm 2 weeks keto in and haven't managed to lose a pound) Please help!😥
