Arash bozorgi: I don't think any oil is good to cook with, because that's extra fat in your midsection.
Better to use a little broth o r water and steam the item, less calories and lose weight!

Moses Maimon: my understanding is that omega 3's are healthy, as they are anti-inflammatory, while omega 6's are unhealthy, as they are inflammatory. well, so why is it not good to cook with flaxseed oil, which is so much higher in omega 3's than omega 6's, while it is considered healthy to cook with olive oil, which is actually much much higher in omega 6's than omega 3's? this makes no sense to me
