Julia Chesters: Thankyou. I have found coconut oil a good choice for heating. I also use grass fed butter and olive oil for cold dishes etc....😊
Durgesh Dhana Venkata Kandipalli: olive oil is good only for saute. for frying you need a oil with high smoke point.
Stephen Miller: If you had to use an oil to cook with, that isn't too expensive, would olive oil be your best bet?

JEHUDAH CRY OUT: this lady does not have a clue what she's talking about ,olive oil is not good to cook with neither is coconut oil.. some good oil to cook with is grapeseed oil, sesame oil, hempseed oil, or avocado oil ......I don't know where she got her degree from
Gℓʋѵɩćħツ: i don't think olive oil is good for cooking...lard and butter are the best option.
Farije Ademi: Cooking with olive oil is not smart, when heated the olive oil looses its nutrients and produces free radicals :-/ no yummy in the tummy
Moses Maimon: my understanding is that omega 3's are healthy, as they are anti-inflammatory, while omega 6's are unhealthy, as they are inflammatory. well, so why is it not good to cook with flaxseed oil, which is so much higher in omega 3's than omega 6's, while it is considered healthy to cook with olive oil, which is actually much much higher in omega 6's than omega 3's? this makes no sense to me
Autonomous Alice: Very helpful and informative.
Nu Castiel: thank you for great vdo
mosesMaimon1: i know! she is so pretty! :-)

Sana rex: No oil should be cooked. if you pick a good oil blend , check out Udo's choice. BUT NEVER use it for cooking. ontopic: How come a low smoking point oil like olive oil can be used at cooking? I taught is bad for cooking. somebody enlighten my please!
enliteneer: For cooking/dressing, the low polyunsaturated fat, high smoke point of the macadamia nut oil would seem ideal. But what's the shelf life of stable oils (coconut, mac, etc)? If mono/saturated fats aren't your thing, I've read Sacha Inchi oil has nearly 82% polyunsaturated, with an omega6:3 ratio of 1:1.
