O. Owlie: These are the best! I cronically have a stiff neck and shoulders and these exercises are most often to be the only ones that bring relief. I also use there as cooldown after playing volleyball.

maz conniff: I think this is fantastic . Having fibromyalgia, Sjögren's syndrome, austioathritis, not been able to do a lot . I find this not so strenuous and just right for me . Although I can't put my arms above my head through pain but I adjust it my self . I'm doing this once a day at the moment then will up it to twice a day . With the fibromyalgia I have pinched nerve endings and the stretching helps relieve this . Thank you so much for this .and love the timer so you don't have to keep looking at the clock ....brilliant thank you . 💜❤️
