Call it a Keto Stall, Keto plateau, or simply that you are not losing weight any more... Its time to get to basics and count your calories before cutting foods caffeine or going on a silly egg fast. Eat fat to adapt to fat. Then cut back on fat so you fuel your body with its own body fat !

I have been keto for almost 1 year and down 65lbs, I would like to lose another 40 but just cant figure this out....feeling frustrated, but not enough to stop keto.
