Red: What a journey. Three years on a vegan, plant-based diet about ruined me. I'm not saying that vegan diets aren't healthy, at all. Just saying that for me, it messed my mind up. My body forced me to convert to high fat. If it were up to me, I would still be vegan. All I can say is that I'm grateful. After a few days of LCHF, I feel like a brand new person. My weight was optimal when I started keto, so hopefully it won't add weight on. I have no idea how much fat to eat. I'm trying to learn fast. My brain fog is gone!!! What you say in this video is SPOT ON!!! Either way, I will never eat pork or processed meats.
