In your training experience is it safe for a person to use ketones as a form of energy and if so how long - or will they become ketoacidic? I had CFS and now exploring ketogenic diet intermittently to reboot the cells mitochondria functioning and avoiding oxidative stress. Any comments would be great. How long do you stay in ketosis?

But I've noticed how the 30 minutes of stationary bike on a heavy level was destroying my muscle fibers, and strength. So I had to conform to just 1 hour of fast walking
