I am sure you might know about these healthy pancakes as they are all over youtube and Blogilates showed how to make these but I have changed the recipe a bit and this combination is perfect for me! The proportion of ingredients works perfectly and they are fluffy and do not stick to the pan without any oil and so easy to flip :) Do check out her recipe!! Ingredients: *1 very ripe banana *1 egg *3 heaped tbsp oat flour *a pinch of salt *1/4 tsp vanilla extract And I reached 300 subscribers! Yay!! :D Thanks a lot everyone. Firefox Metzger: Hm, just an FYI: In Germany you are advised against using metal spachelors (and metal things in general) inside a non-stick pan. Metal is harder than the teflon coating and will damage the surface and could (potentially) scrubb off the coating and make it go into the food.
I never had the chance to run experiments on that so I can't confirm or disregard it. Any thoughts?

Atreyee Chakraborty: i have tried it so many times with oats flour, banana and water.. but it never happened. it either sticks to the pan or get completely spoiled. unless you use regular flour, pancake is impossible.
