precious14830: I do my sauce for canning the same way except that I sieve it prior to cooking it down. I don't care for the hard broken pieces of skin and/or seeds.

suzan stacy: personally i would add basil onion and garlic to half so u got pasta sauce in case u r in a hurry some days , the sundried tomatoes added to it too gives a nice kick , i would chop and add anchovy to some too , and mushroom and olives to a few , it just gives u more options

Vicky Sandifo: a good tip for paste is to put it in a roaster pan on a very low oven heat overnight.
Howard Case: Another great video! Our tomatoes did not do very well this season, I think because of the rain and cold weather for most of the Summer. This is on my list for next year.
