CONNIE HAWKINS: tried these tonight. from a guy who is not a great cook, they turned out pretty good. not quite as fluffy as the ones in the video, but good. i like including pancakes as part of my dessert menu, and have been looking to eliminate simple carbohydrates from my diet. i think this will do. the cinnamon compliments the oatmeal very well. this is a great starter recipe for healthier pancakes. cheers.

Clorox Control Bleach Crystals: Okay I tried this and eating em right now but I mean why would you do them at the first place? It is not healthier than pancake and it is not as yummy as pancakes. It literally tastes like nothing maybe it is because I used normal flour. I can still taste the oats even though I put them into food processor. And how did you manage the cook them properly? They are so thick and unless you burn them, inside of it doesn't cook.

Michael Esralian: To slightly improve these pancakes I have made the following changes: Instead of regular milk, use buttermilk. Buttermilk always makes pancakes taste better and fluffier. It's because of the lactic acid and the reaction with the leavening agent (baking powder). Secondly, add 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg to the recipe (along with the cinnamon). Also, add 1/4 teaspoon salt. I think you will find these slight changes will make them even yummier. Finally, if you will pre-soak the oats in the buttermilk a few minutes before mixing into the other ingredients, it will be creamier and blend in better. Be sure to use a hot griddle for baking. If you want waffles instead of pancakes add one teaspoon of vegetable oil (don't over mix) before baking. Thank you for listening.
TifaYuki: I felt like treating myself this morning and since I had some old oat that I had to use, I searched for an easy pancake recipe. I am sooo happy That I found your recipe because not only it was quick and easy to make but it was DELICIOUS!!!! It was very flavourful!
I did not have yogurt nor vanilla but the result was still excellent! I still have some batter. I cant wait to make myself some more tomorrow!!
