bnza10: one thing I don't get is when they say saturated fats is bad. while olive oil and coconut oil are considered good healthy oils they also have a lot of saturated fats. it's quite contradictory. which is it?

There are no good oils unless they are still the original plant food. Olive oil, still in the olive. Nut oil, still in the nut. Refined oils have had all the fiber and nutrients removed. All refined oils are bad for you.

tzaunie: saturated fats aren't bad if you eat it in moderation with a balanced diet. the problem is that most people don't eat a balanced diet. so i can see why he just recommended for people to generally not eat them.

Holly Wood: I haven't had HFCS since 2009! And I have felt better ever since. I read every label - and if it has it, I pass. Then in 2012 I stopped eating hydrogenated oils and vegetable oil and truly haven't felt better. People, it is possible to have a full diet with delicious foods without clotting your body with HFCS and hydrogenated oils.
