Liz S: canola oil is not healthy. It is produced at extreme temperatures and with chemical solvents and bleaching. Hydrogenated oils are basically plastics. They aren't healthy either. Saturated fat is solid at ROOM TEMPERATURE or below. The human body is 98.6 degrees F. That's a lot hotter than room temperature. A saturated fat such as butter or duck fat will not be solid at 98.6 degrees F. It will be a liquid (as we all know,) So it will be liquid inside the body. If a human body is room temperature (average 70 - 75 degrees F) that is a CORPSE. You aren't alive if your body is that cold. And by that point it doesn't matter if the oil is saturated or not. =D

I noticed he slowed his way of talking yesterday but someone should still give him a plunger for his mouth and tell him to turn off the Nitrous...ide or stop drinking coffee. Also he should wear looser pants and stick his tummy out instead . He should also relax a little on the touchy feely stuff in case some don't like it- that's a tricky one . And relax the eyebrows which he is starting to do. Stress, I guess. If I hear that machine gun come out of his mouth one more time , I am going to puke.
