I've only recently started to think I want to tone up a bit, and i find watching you very inspiring :) i was just wondering why you do heavy reps then lighter reps, eg on the shoulder press? Emma FitFoodEmma: Thanks for filming your full workout! How do you stop the superset/dropset exercises (eg pulldowns) tiring your muscle out too much? I find when I do supersets it affects my main lift (eg the pullup holds) so I lift less x
