Easy and healthy OATMEAL pancakes recipe (recipe for 2) Ingredients | Ingredientes #oatmealpancakes #panquecas de avena #fit #healthybreakfast 1 cup of oat flour - (grind 1cup old fashioned oats in food processor) 2tsp of baking powder 2 egg whites or just 1 egg "your preference" 1 cup of almond "coconut" unsweetened milk "your preference" 1tsp vanilla or 2 A pinch of salt Caramel Sugar Free or Maple Syrup Unsweetened coconut flakes and fruits Chia Seeds 1 tbsp coconut oil - for the pan Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat pan to medium low heat, add coconut oil. Then use 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure batter for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on each side.
