Easy and healthy OATMEAL pancakes recipe (recipe for 2) Ingredients | Ingredientes #oatmealpancakes #panquecas de avena #fit #healthybreakfast 1 cup of oat flour - (grind 1cup old fashioned oats in food processor) 2tsp of baking powder 2 egg whites or just 1 egg "your preference" 1 cup of almond "coconut" unsweetened milk "your preference" 1tsp vanilla or 2 A pinch of salt Caramel Sugar Free or Maple Syrup Unsweetened coconut flakes and fruits Chia Seeds 1 tbsp coconut oil - for the pan Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat pan to medium low heat, add coconut oil. Then use 1/4 cup measuring cup to measure batter for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on each side. Serve with fruit and syrup. RECETA EN ESPAÑOL ___________________________________________________________ I taza de harina de avena ( usa la licuadora y muele la avena, listo) 2 tsp harina de ornear 2 claras de huevos o 1 huevo completo ( si eres vegano sustituyelo con linaza y agua) 1 taza de leche de almendras o leche de coco sin azúcar añadidas! ( usa la que tengas) 1 tsp vainilla 1 pizca de sal Caramelo sin azúcar, Miel o Maple Syrup! IIAXOTIGG: I wouldn't call this healthy, it's more of a healthier alternative to pancakes, like salt,flour,syrup and you even said that whole eggs can be an option but whole eggs arent ideal for weight loss so this could be confusing to those people who are loosing weight because if you cut out whole eggs, sugar and flour then it can speed up the process of burning.
