Doom Hilda: Been doing low carb since 2007, started out not knowing jack sh**. Got most of my info from the Atkins book I found at the library when I first started researching weight loss, and then started following Jimmy Moore. Was even featured on his old blog Living La Vida Low carb. Made a lot of mistakes, went wayside more than once. But one thing I did learn, is that you have to find what works for YOU. I rarely agree with everything anyone has to say, but I take information I can use from a select few, and make use of it. Do your own research, is basically the bottom line.

I went bodyweight x15 , 75% fat , 20% pro , 5% carbs. (strength in gym has not dropped , cycling improved)
