greeny gg: really enjoyed your video, thanks. I have been a high carb low fat vegan with a focus on high volume exercise (cycling) for 2 years. I'm now looking to try vegan ketosis. my cravings, energy slumps, fatigue, grumpiness is starting to just get worse and worse as soon as I stopped cycling so much. tried adjusting my macros but still the same. should I work towards adaption and then start fasting? or just create do it all at once to start getting routines etc all sorted?

Crispy & Sweet: Oooh cool that i found you i've been there last year for 2 months , it was not fully raw at all but still vegan.... I'm only searching for a cheaper alternative to nuts - i used to eat a lot of macadamia nuts/almonds and avocados - coconut is a bit difficult to handle and would not be cheaper at all..,and only/mostly sticking to coconut oil would not make me full... Maybe you want to share some special tips? Blessings

High carb? I get sleepy, I'm tired, very little enegy, my body feels like crap. Not to mention I never had a craving for sugar – even when I was little.
