Patricia Ann: Three months ago, my husband (65) and I (64) were both really struggling with diabetes, arthritis, etc., and decided to start eating a plant-based diet, avoiding refined sugar and processed foods as well. It has gone pretty well because we were really sick and motivated to do whatever we needed to do to feel better and heal our bodies. Meat, dairy and eggs are relatively easy; however, as you might suspect, we sometimes struggle with not cheating when we are grocery shopping, eating out, at church potlucks, other people's homes, etc.
In general, this video is great. I appreciate the research you have done to come up with this information. The four main points I plan to adapt into my lifestyle are (1) don't combine concentrated proteins and starches at the same meal, (2) replace bread/gluten, pizza crust, etc., with salad, lettuce/greens, cauliflower crust, etc., (3) remove and detox one item from my diet at a time (allow myself to adjust emotionally and mentally as well) and (4) whole foods. This is so doable. Thank you.
FearNot BeBrave: All is great, however, animal protein is not good because you are eating the fear that they have when they are slaughtered. They know and it causes a change in there dna (scientifically proven)of fear which when you eat it causes that in you over time. It lowers your natural universal energy level to fear. We and everything is energy, love energy, and disease stems from fear, nothing else. Ask your 92 yr old dr what she things about it.
