alondragonz2009: The tortilla in tacos isnt supposed to be hard or crispy, and your not supposed to add anything to it. Not oil or spray oil etc. You just put it on a hot flat pan and let them heat up. They will get crispier with the heat as well. It just depends how much time you leave them in the heat. Even in quesadillas or tostadas, where the texture of the tortilla is much crispier, it is still created just by the heat of the pan itself not by adding oil to it. Preferably on medium to high heat.

How is "chopped steak" (more fatty than lean ground), GMO corn, your "fresh cheese" (full of sat. fat) more healthy than these ingredients? How are they "not tacos" when this is America where the tradition is to fuse cultures and keep the name of what ever basics remain?

Noix0dix: a real taco isnt this... and even if thi is trying to be healthy... it isn't... a real taco is a soft natural handmade tortilla made of corn, not toasted, just heated, depending on what you like you can add meat, veggie, or both, i personally preffer it with some grilled lettuce, pepper, chopped steak and fresh cheese with some homemade pepper/tomato sauce based on squashed tomatoes blended with toasted pepper, personnally i dont like american style tacos.. its extremly hard to find them healthy
barnumeffect5: this is low fat, not healthy. soy is most likely GM. canned tomatoes most likely force grown out of season. lean meat isn't described as hormone free. same with greek yogurt.
